Primary and Secondary Roll Crushers at ``Recyclingcenter Ostschweiz``!

RCO Recycling Center Ostschweiz AG  focuses on maximum efficiency in the processing of excavated and demolition materials. Two Crush + Size DRC double-roll-crushers ensure precise and flexible crushing – from heavily reinforced concrete to sticky materials.

The primary crusher processes coarse pieces with an edge length of up to 1,200 mm to less than 250 mm without the need for complex pre-crushing.
The pre-crushed material is transported by conveyor belt to the secondary crusher, which crushes it to a final grain size of 0-63/80 mm. The gentle crushing process produces only a minimal amount of fines – ideal for high-quality recycling.
